The opportunity

Join AJW as a Supplier Operations Executive and play a vital role in managing aircraft component repairs. You'll work closely with suppliers and customers to track orders, solve issues, and ensure timely deliveries--helping us maintain strong partnerships and deliver outstanding service across the aviation industry.


Responsibilities include:

Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Manage and track repair orders, providing regular updates. Negotiate repair costs when needed. Meet performance targets and contract requirements. Expedite urgent parts to keep operations running. Monitor supplier performance using internal systems. Support improvement plans and solve root issues. Flag and fix problems that impact operations. Assist with other tasks as required by the team

About you

Essential:



Experience in aviation or with aircraft components. Strong admin skills in a busy office. Confident using Outlook and Excel. Great customer service and relationship skills. Proactive, organised, and detail-focused. Clear communicator with strong time management. Able to prioritise tasks and meet KPIs.

Desirable:



Background in MRO, repairs, or trading. Keen to develop in repair cycle management. Analytical with reporting experience. Familiar with systems like ILS, Airbus World, Quantum, or AMOS.
