The Accountability Performane Measures for this role are:



Ensures that materials, components, and finished goods are effectively sourced, tracked, and delivered in line with customer expectation project timelines and quality standards. Maintenance of accurate records across the supply chain including sales administration procurement logistics and inventory. Develop maintain and grow external relationships to support the building and growth of a global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities by Capability:



Scope of Impact



Support administratively on the planning, selling, purchasing, and movement of materials across the supply chain. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with international and domestic regulations. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure stock levels align with customer requirements and production schedules. Work with Regulatory Health and Safety Director to support product registration of Econic.

Sphere of Control



Assist with cost analysis and contribute to supply chain optimization efforts. Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory, purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules. Support the execution of supply chain development within an ISO framework.

Communication and Leadership



Liaise with suppliers, customers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies. Monitor supplier performance and support supplier relationship management initiatives. Work cross functionally to achieve successful programme delivery.

Expertise and Knowledge



Prepare and process documentation for imports/exports, including supporting transport database management. Use SAGE200 to manage supply chain transactions and data integrity. Support the development of key supply chain key performance indicators

About you



Minimum A-levels Must have at least 2 years' experience working in a similar role Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively independently Thorough, diligent and attentive to detail Good problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment Proficiency in key MS Office programs (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) is essential A clear, professional communication style -- both written and verbal
