Eaton Syalon are delighted to be working exclusively on this fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a growing business in Nottinghamshire. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with detail, thrives in a busy environment and wants to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team. It is essential that you have previous experience within supply chain or logistics.
You must be able to drive to be considered. The role is based in Nottinghamshire, this role is easily commutable from Bingham, Lowdham, Newark, West Bridgford and the surrounding areas
Day to day you will be right at the centre of the action, making sure the supply chain runs smoothly. That means keeping systems updated with the latest product and pricing information, raising purchase orders, and checking supplier invoices are accurate. You'll also be in regular contact with suppliers, chasing updates, solving delivery issues, and finding solutions when items aren't available -- all while keeping colleagues informed.
Accuracy and organisation will be key. You'll help the team plan ahead by providing reliable data and reports, support stock planning in the warehouse, and make sure information flows seamlessly between departments. It's a role that requires confidence in Excel and a keen eye for detail, as you'll be working with trackers, reports, and large sets of information.
We're looking for someone who is:
Naturally organised and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
Confident with Excel and comfortable learning new systems.
A clear communicator who can build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
Proactive and solutions-focused, able to step in and resolve issues before they escalate.
Experienced in supply chain, logistics, or administration
Salary: 27,000 - 28,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.
8.00 AM - 4.00 PM or 8.30 - 4.30 PM
