Job Description

Job purpose:

To support the Supply Chain Manager in:

Material Scheduling via the SAP system Progress Chasing delinquent suppliers Updating Master Data as required Support to Goods Inwards/Despatch Areas as required
Key responsibilities

1. Monitoring of deliveries against promised dates.
2. Update of information in SAP
3. Progressing of upcoming and overdue orders
4. Placing of contracts and contract management
5. Identifying and negotiating prices with new and existing suppliers

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1. SAP skills and general IT competency.
2. Relevant purchasing experience
3. FLT Licence desirable
