Supply Chain Administrator

, based at our Derby Head Office

Job Overview:



The Supply Chain Administrator will play a key role in supporting the supply chain functions of Barron McCann across the UK and EU. This position will involve both office-based responsibilities and some warehouse activities, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Audits and Reporting:

Conduct accurate cyclical, targeted, and investigatory stock counts.

Compile and analyse audit reports to maintain accurate stock records.

Data entry of counts.

2. Process Compliance Audits:

Audit process compliance across the business to minimise error rates.

Identify risks to stock integrity and ensure issues are addressed or escalated promptly.

3. Stock Monitoring and Management:

Monitor the top 500 items to manage minimum and maximum stock levels effectively.

Perform partner and FSL (Forward Stock Location) reconciliations.

Maintain and update the adjustment log regularly.

Oversee FSL redistribution processes.

Manage new stock forms and ensure accurate data entry.

4. Compliance and Support:

Support P2PE (Point-to-Point Encryption) compliance efforts.

Assist and support in RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) administration processes.

Assist Logistics Coordinators with day-to-day operations as needed.

5. Disposal Administration:

Support with disposal requests and manage disposal administration, organisation and booking.

Requirements:

Positive can-do attitude.

Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Information:

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings as operationally necessary.

Some physical work in the warehouse, including stock counts and supporting warehouse operations.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
