What You'll Do:
Raise and manage purchase orders
Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries
Resolve invoice queries and maintain accurate supplier information
Support finance, warehouse, sales, and operations teams
Contribute to continuous improvements across purchasing and supply chain
What We're Looking For:
Previous administration experience (essential)
Strong organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential)
Supply chain experience (preferred but not essential)

Starting salary of up to 27,500 per annum dependent on experience.
Full-time permanent contract - Monday- Thursday 08:30am-5pm, Fri 8:30am-3:30pm
