Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain & Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient logistics and inventory management. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain systems, including SAP and Oracle EBS, to facilitate seamless operations and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products. Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimising excess. Manage warehouse locations, unloading and loading goods Utilise SAP and Oracle EBS systems for tracking shipments, managing orders, and reporting on supply chain performance. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any supply chain issues promptly. Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and implement improvements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration across the supply chain. Prepare reports on supply chain metrics to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Hard-working, detail-oriented Proven experience in supply chain management or inventory management or warehousing is preferred. Familiarity with SAP and Oracle EBS systems is highly advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling collaboration across teams. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
