Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for logistics and a knack for leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic chemical manufacturing site in Bradford.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively--from raw material procurement through to product delivery.
What You'll Be DoingInventory Management: Oversee storage and distribution, maintaining accurate inventory levels. Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Vendor Management: Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for timely material delivery. Logistics Coordination: Ensure smooth transportation and on-time delivery to customers. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, promoting a safety-first culture. Performance Analysis: Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all operations meet regulatory standards and internal policies.

What You'll BringStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software Solid project management experience A strategic mindset with the ability to plan long-term A collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field A proven track record in managing complex supply chains Supervisory & Management Scope: Leading and developing the warehouse teams managing performance, staffing, and safety while driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
