Job Purpose





Provides central supply chain management services to CCS by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring compliance with all accreditations, H&S and trade associations, planning of training and liaising with the QHSE Manager, internal monitoring of systems and procedures. Manage and monitor the entire supply chain for CCS across all business departments, Retrofit and Heating & Electrical.


Duties


Manage and lead onboarding, initial validation and screening, qualitive checks on all new supply chain members. Lead induction, setup and embedding suppliers in to CCS ensuring all CCS processes, procedures and SOPS are always understood and followed as required nationally in various locations. Seek new supply chain members to serve the growing need of the business strategically and geographically in all regions. Be the go to for operational teams to find and secure suppliers working with the Commercial team. Provide a continual monitoring service to supply chain ensuring accurate personnel on site, insurance records are up to date. Generally manage the supplier whilst active and live from a back office audit perspective via CCS supply chain management system and Protean. Regularly validate personnel qualifications, contractor accreditations against CCS and minimum industry requirements. Build positive relationships with all supply chain members frequently by formal engagement and review meetings. Liaise with Operational and Commercial teams to evaluate supplier performance regularly. Assist with dispute resolution, non-conformities or challenges with relations between delivery teams and supply chain. Involve larger supply chain members in social value activities with CCS, residents and clients and oversee this with RLO teams. Provide training opportunities and promote collaborative working between suppliers and CCS key staff. Provide supply chain reporting to other compliance team members such as environmental data, H&S statistics and other key KPI's and performance metrics to the wider business based solely on the supply chain. Report weekly and monthly formally to QHSE Manager on your own actions and other KPI and performance metrics.

Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, Microsoft Office skills, managing processes, organisation, analysing information, professionalism, problem solving, supply management, inventory control, verbal communication, control of sensitive records, H&S knowledge.

Experience Required





Experience of working on ISO systems, accreditations and H&S standards within construction and general supply chain management, dealing with people, compliance and systems experience.
