Supply Chain Planner

4 on 4 off shift pattern (12 hour - 07:00am until 19:00pm) weekly rotation

Heler Foods Packing, based in Minffordd, Wales, are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic company, working at the core of our operations to ensure seamless production planning, efficient stock management, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management

: Accurately manage and process orders onto planning sheets.

Ingredient Planning

: Forecast and schedule ingredient requirements for production to ensure timely deliveries.

Stock Control

: Monitor inventory levels, analyse tonnage requirements, and implement strategies to minimise waste.

Production Support

: Assist in creating production schedules and allocating resources efficiently.

Communication

: Liaise effectively with suppliers, customers, and our sister site in Nantwich, Cheshire, to maintain strong operational links.

Documentation

: Prepare export documentation and provide accurate supplier forecasts.


What We're Looking For:
Proficiency in

Excel

- essential for managing data and planning effectively. Previous experience in a similar

planning role

. Knowledge of the food or cheese industry - an advantage, but not essential! Strong organisational, multitasking, and teamwork skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
