THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Heler Foods Packing, Minffordd.

In this role, you will:

Assist the Operations Planning Manager with day-to-day management of the production plan Liaise with the Materials Scheduler to ensure plan feasibility and respond to any changes Create and manage daily production records and paperwork Raise and manage all works orders Input customer orders into the Demand System daily and update demand stock counts weekly Manage and schedule dispatches in collaboration with Logistics and Customer Service Raise daily customer orders via Daily POR reports Support Production with daily operational queries Cover the Operations Planning Manager during periods of annual leave Escalate issues appropriately while ensuring tasks are completed with a "completer-finisher" mindset Utilise HFP systems to maximise efficiency and demonstrate continuous improvement
