About the role:

Lead the change management process

: Lead the overall change management for identified projects within the Supply Chain function.

Facilitate communication and engagement:

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including supply, trading, IT, and senior management, to build understanding and support for the change.

Identify and address resistance:

Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change, providing guidance and support to overcome obstacles.

Monitor and evaluate progress:

Track the implementation of the change management strategy and measure its effectiveness, adjusting as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams:

Work closely with supply chain, trading, IT and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless integration of the new F&R system

Expereince:

+ Efficient running of Central Distribution Centres. + Replenishment and Allocations out of Central Distribution Centre.
+ Impact of replenishment on the depots stock holding capacity.
+ Stock Forecasting.
+ Reporting and Analytics (Expert level excel skills, previous experience in an AI based replenishment system will be a plus).
