Job Description

Source Supply are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day, short-term and long-term cover in Primary schools throughout Middlesbrough.

These temporary positions are perfect for Teaching Assistants looking for flexibility and the opportunity to work across a range of schools and settings.

The cover will include providing general classroom support, small group work or 1-to-1 support.

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or be able to evidence they are working towards this).

- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.

- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.

- Be comfortable supporting the class teacher to deliver a range of lessons.

- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
