Are you a caring and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking to support learners in Lower Key Stage 2? We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Supply TA to work in a Year 4 classroom, offering valuable learning support in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy varied placements and want to make a real difference in a child's day-to-day education journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom-based support to Year 4 pupils during core and foundation lessons Support pupils with varying abilities through group work and one-to-one interventions Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and maintaining a positive learning space Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence Help manage behaviour in line with the school's expectations Promote inclusion and provide emotional and social support where needed Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and uphold safeguarding at all times

Candidate Requirements:

Experience working in a Key Stage 2 classroom, ideally Year 4 A patient, positive, and flexible attitude Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and learning needs A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK

Pay: 95.00-110.00 per day
