As our

Support Consultant you will provide support to the operability and maintenance of our B2B Clearing Center. This will include setting up & maintaining communication partners, customer workflows and troubleshooting connectivity and processing issues as they arise. It is highly important that excellent interpersonal skills & technical knowledge are combined with a methodical approach. You will be supporting clients across the DACH region in this role.



We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and

fluency in both German and English. Candidates are to be based out of the UK or Denmark.



This is a REMOTE or HYBRID opportunity / based upon location.


As a Support Consultant you will:




Ensure the functionality and stability of the B2B Clearing Center, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary. Support and maintain EDI connections (e.g., EDIFACT, XML, IDoc) to ensure smooth and reliable data communication. Coordinate and implement EDI projects in collaboration with internal departments and external partners. Analyze and resolve errors in electronic data transfer, reporting processing issues to customers and internal stakeholders. Assist in the integration of new trading partners and data formats by setting up interfaces and adapting existing processes.

Requirements for success as a Support Consultant:




Strong overall IT skills with a desire to learn new IT systems & platforms. Fluent in German & English. Familiarity with common EDI communication protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, OFTP2, X.400) Knowledge of relevant standards and formats (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X.12, XML, IDoc) Understanding of ecommerce, connectivity and supply chain processes. Customer focus is essential; you should be comfortable working directly with clients and ideally have prior experience in customer-facing roles. Structured and reliable, with good time management and goal orientation Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to troubleshooting. Organized and detail-oriented. Prior hands-on experience with EDI, in retail or logistics environments is preferred.
