If excellent customer service describes you and terms like system administration, application support, troubleshooting and diagnosis excite you, we may be looking for you to help create and maintain our digital workplace by drawing on your existing IT skills and your desire to learn more. You should be capable of operating basic systems and services, be able to identify problems and find solutions. A passion for learning new technologies will take you far in this role and great communication and customer service skills will be essential. Due to the hands on nature of the role there will be a requirement to be office based 5 days per week.

What will this role be responsible for delivery on?

This is a 12 month FTC primarily focused on providing Onsite support for our London Office. As part of Team Yoshi you will look after Desk IT, Windows & Mac Laptops, Mobile Phones, VOIP and the systems that manage these. In addition to this you will manage local project deliverables for the squad.

OnSite support includes but is not limited to:-

  • Being the primary IT Support contact for our London office on your given days
  • Working on IT issues that are raised via our Techbar channel
  • Meeting Room and Large Event (Townhall) Support
  • Preparing new Laptop and Mobile Devices for use
  • Hosting new joiner IT inductions
What skills do we need?
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Good problem solving and technical skills
  • A good general knowledge across typical IT Systems
  • Familiar with both Windows & Mac OS
  • An understanding of how systems like Intune, SCCM & Jamf work with devices
  • The ability to work on your own and often in high pressure environment
