We're looking for Support Managers to lead and shape our registered services supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

What you'll be doing



Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and support workers, promoting wellbeing and professional growth Oversee person-centred care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding protocols, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required Foster a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment where every individual feels valued Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, supporting inspections and driving continuous improvement Implement robust quality assurance systems and monitor performance to achieve outstanding outcomes Manage budgets and resources efficiently to deliver value for money and operational excellence Champion the voice and rights of adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their views shape the service Build strong partnerships with families, carers, external agencies, and health professionals to support holistic care Promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of delivery

What you'll bring




We're ideally looking for someone with:

A strong understanding of safeguarding, care planning, and regulatory compliance, including CQC standards A person-centred approach that prioritises wellbeing, inclusion, and positive outcomes Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire staff teams Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities with families, professionals, and external agencies Confidence in managing budgets, resources, and operational systems to ensure efficiency and quality Commitment to equity, diversity, and the rights of people with learning disabilities Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to lead through change and drive continuous improvement A recognised qualification in nursing, social care, or leadership, and registration with relevant professional bodies (nursing qualification desirable)
