As a Payments Admin Support Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payment processes. You'll work closely with internal services and external suppliers dealing with queries and supporting transaction processing and system workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the monitoring and processing of payment transactions on behalf of the Authority within a centralised service unit
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of all enquires raised.
Ensuring that data is entered in line with process procedure in an accurate and timely way to maintain accurate records and support audit requirements
Statement processing to ensure that the Authority's liabilites are protected.

Experience in financial operations or payment processing (preferred)
