We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person for the above post to join a busy Facilities Management Team based in Housing Department.
Reporting to the Team Leader - Cleaning & Support Services you will provide support to the Facilities Management Team by being responsive to repairs and maintenance. Be aware of, and adhere to, health and safety legislation ensuring compliance with relevant building maintenance legislation. Acting as keyholder for the city centre office complex which will include the opening of buildings as part of a shift rota (early mornings). There may also be a requirement to open/close civic buildings at weekends.
You will be a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal & communication skills and will be required to liaise with staff, Members, school/site staff and contractors as part of your daily role.
