We're looking for
Support Team Members
to join us! Working across Pembrokeshire, working closely with the founder to support clients in a gentle, respectful way.Your Role Will Involve:
Working on your own and alongside our founder during client sessions Helping clients with cleaning, tidying, and gentle decluttering Supporting clients experiencing executive dysfunction, burnout, or trauma-related overwhelm to have a clean and tidy home Being a calm, friendly presence - never rushing, never judging
What We're Looking For:
? You're
patient, practical, and emotionally aware
? You work well in a team and follow plans with flexibility
? You're
respectful in complex or sensitive environments
? You're physically able to manage deep cleaning/lifting tasks
? You're open to learning about
neurodivergent and trauma-informed support
Key Info:
Pay rate 13.50/hour 4 hours per week initially (days/times to be confirmed), with the potential to increase as the business grows Driving licence and own transport required A basic DBS check will be required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
