We are looking to recruit an individual to support a young man with a brain injury in his community based rehabilitation.
His interests are computers and gaming, but he is also developing his fitness and enjoys other outdoor activities.
The position is in the Aberstwyth area, flexibility of travelling further afield and possibly overnight.
Training and support will be provided by a professional rehabilitation team, with supervision and support offered by the case manager and office team remotely.
Drivers are preferred but not essential.
Rates of pay are above average care renumeration, together with travelling expenses as necessary.
Up to 20 hours a week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
