Your Impact:

As a Support Worker, you'll be instrumental in supporting individuals to achieve their goals, both at home and in the community. You'll work building trust and respecting everyone, exploring needs rather than assuming. Your support will help people gain choice, control, and independence.

This means providing sensitive and respectful assistance with:

Daily living skills:

From household tasks to shopping and socialising

Personal care

: Supporting daily routines with dignity and privacy.

Health & Wellbeing

: Helping individuals maintain their health and stay well, including medication needs and health appointments

Community & Fun:

Facilitating access to leisure, and social activities, ensuring individuals have hobbies, interests, fun and relationships, friends, and are part of family life.
