Green Gables is a 28-bedded residential home. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with physical disabilities , respite care younger adults.
We are seeking a caring and dedicated
Bank Support Worker
to join our team.What You'll be Doing
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility. Provide emotional support and companionship. Assisting with mobility and physical exercises tailored to residents' needs. Engaging residents in meaningful social activities and promoting a positive environment. Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
What You'll Need
Minimum 2 + years' experience as a Care Assistant in for younger adults with Physical disabilities Compassionate, patient, and understanding of patients needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care Must be Moving & Handling Trained. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
