Do you believe in empowering others to live independently and with dignity? If so, we'd love to welcome you to our dedicated Supported Living team in Ammanford. We're currently recruiting for: 1 x Permanent part-time role (20 hours) Shift Patterns: Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is key. You'll work a rolling rota that includes days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts (day shifts typically run between 7am-11pm, with sleep-ins paid additionally). Important Requirements: A full UK manual driving licence is essential. Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support [and current legal guidance], this role is only open to applicants who are biologically female.

About the Service



You'll be supporting six incredible individuals aged 22-70 with learning disabilities. They're social, full of personality, and love getting out and about. Your role will be to support their independence, build life skills, and share in their hobbies and daily routines.


We follow a "do with, not do for" approach--because we believe in empowering people, not doing things for them.


What You'll Be Doing



Supporting with medication, cooking, and household tasks Helping with personal care where needed Encouraging community involvement and hobbies Providing companionship and emotional support Supporting budgeting and admin tasks Driving individuals to activities and appointments Keeping clear and accurate records Bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team

What You'll Bring



Experience is great--but not essential. What matters most is your:

Full training and support will be provided, including the opportunity to gain a QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
