At our Mid-shires Supported Living service we support adults with learning disabilities, helping them live a full and independent life. Each of our service users have their own self-contained apartment, which enhances the independent lifestyles they enjoy. Our service feels like family - relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Your working hours

We offer both full-time and part-time hours.

You'll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota, including sleep-ins.


Typical shifts may include:

Day shifts:

Night shifts:

for 24/7 support We are currently under consultation proposing a change to the enhancement rates paid. If the proposal is accepted, from 1 December 2025 new enhancement rates of 1.00 per hour will apply to weekend working only (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

No previous care experience? No problem - we'll give you all the training you need.

A full UK driving licence is also desirable, to support our service users enjoy a full and varied lifestyle.
