As a Support Worker, you will have the rewarding opportunity to:

Assist residents in identifying and achieving their personal goals and ambitions. Provide practical and emotional support in a nurturing and approachable manner, always emphasizing person-centred care. Collaborate with our dedicated team to deliver a safe, high-quality, and inclusive service. Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, accommodating a weekly rota. Participate in sleep-in shifts, providing crucial overnight support.

What were looking for:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to truly connect with our residents. Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude that inspires those around you. A dedication to providing exceptional care and support. A willingness to pursue a Level 2 Diploma (or higher) in Health and Social Care. Basic IT knowledge and computer skills to enhance your effectiveness. A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work.
