Kitchen Assistant & Nursery Support Role

Tender Years Day Nursery

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our team in a varied support role within our nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

Support our cook with daily kitchen duties and cover during absences Assist with lunchtime service and supervision Maintain cleanliness throughout the nursery Manage nursery laundry requirements Provide general support to nursery staff as needed

Essential Requirements:

Desirable Qualifications:

Food Hygiene certification (training provided if needed) Previous nursery or childcare experience Childcare qualifications
This role would be ideal for someone with a childcare background who is looking for variety in their work while still maintaining involvement in the early years sector.

If you're looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you!Tender Years Day Nursery are looking for a person to support staff within the Nursery. The role will comprise of supporting our cook and take over her role in her absence. Food Hygiene qualifications desired but we are happy to train the successful candidate.

The candidate will also be used as support staff, support lunchtimes, clean throughout the day and keep on top of the laundry with in Nursery.

Candidates need to be active, use initiative and flexible within their role as everyday will be different!

If the candidate has experience in a Nursery setting or holds a childcare qualification, that would be ideal, maybe someone who is looking at still keeping their hand in childcare but would like a bit of variety!

Hours can be flexible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
