The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit

several new Support Workers

to cover various calls

in and around Sutterton, Kirton, Boston, and Wyberton

.

Duties include:

Light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linen, etc.) Providing companionship (lunch outings, garden centre visits, dog walks, etc.) Accompanying service users to medical appointments Monitoring and recording physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to senior staff Supporting social and recreational activities (e.g., local clubs, swimming, etc.) Assisting with light personal care (washing, dressing, eating)

Proactive individuals with good decision-making skills Reliable, committed and conscientious Great team players who are also confident working alone Flexible and willing attitude Excellent communication and time-keeping skills Professionalism and a strong desire to learn and adapt Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential Empathetic and kind, with a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives

Hours & Shift Patterns:

We work alternative weekends to keep it fair for all staff Flexible contracts available to suit your lifestyle Typical shifts: Morning/Lunch:

7am-2/3pm

Afternoon/Evening:

3/4pm-9:30pm

Some shifts may vary depending on service user needs

Pay & Benefits:

12.50 per hour

30p per mile

mileage allowance
