Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers / HCAs to provide high-quality care and support to service users across a range of settings including residential care homes, supported living, and hospital wards.

As a Support Worker / HCA, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, and ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming Assist with mobility and transfers, using hoists or mobility aids as required Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration Monitor and record vital signs and report any concerns to senior staff Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and healthcare teams Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment Support individuals with their emotional, psychological, and social needs Carry out assigned tasks delegated by nurses or care managers Accurately maintain records and care documentation

Essential Requirements:

Previous care experience (preferred but not mandatory) Up-to-date Mandatory Training (or willingness to complete with us) DBS Certificate (or willingness to apply) Right to work in the UK Good communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and flexible attitude

Desirable:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or elderly care
