Experienced Support Worker - BSL Trained - Stourbridge DY7

We are looking for

dedicated and compassionate Support Workers

to join our team in a

residential care setting

in

Stourbridge (DY7)

. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with communication needs and complex care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs Promote independence, choice, and dignity for all residents Communicate effectively using

British Sign Language (BSL)

Support individuals with their daily routines including personal care, meals, and activities Work collaboratively as part of a caring and committed team Maintain accurate care records and adhere to care plans and safeguarding protocols

Essential Requirements:

BSL (British Sign Language) trained - Essential

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent - Essential

Prior experience working in a

care home or supported living environment

Ability to work

rotational shifts (day and night)

Empathetic, respectful, and motivated to improve lives Must have the

right to work in the UK - No sponsorship available
