We're seeking a Community Support Worker proficient in BSL to join our dedicated team at our vibrant new setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with children and staff.

Work one to one with a child who is profoundly deaf Communicate with key child using British Sign Language Work with and support child to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care Work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop Work as part of a team to give support to other team members throughout the setting in communicating with deaf children Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents, communicating using sign language where required Build and maintain strong relationships with professionals in the child's team
