Support Worker - Broadstairs | Make a Difference Supporting Local Children

Location: Broadstairs, Kent

Pay Rate: Up to 20 per hour

Hours: Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Driver: Essential (with business insurance)

We're looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in Broadstairs, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.

This is a community-based role where no two days look the same. You'll be supporting children in their homes and out in the local area, helping them access activities, develop life skills, and build confidence - all while promoting emotional regulation in a safe, structured way.

Your Role as a Support Worker:

- Supporting children with autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities

- Managing emotional regulation and challenging behaviours

- Encouraging safe community access, hobbies and social skills

- Helping with routines, life skills and confidence-building

Who We're Looking For:

- Experienced Support Worker with a background in children's care or SEN

- Confident in handling challenging behaviours

- Patient, engaging, active, compassionate and emotionally resilient

- Someone who's flexible, reliable and ready to get stuck in

- Must drive and hold business insurance
