Support Worker - Be Someone's Everyday Hero!


Location:

Broxburn

Hours:

22.5, 30 or 37.5 hours per week (varied shifts, incl. weekends & waking nights)

Has

autism

- so calm, reassuring support is key May display

challenging behaviour

and become fixated on certain topics - confidence in redirection and boundary-setting is a big plus Uses a

wheelchair

independently and loves getting out and about Has a passion for

trains

Your Role Will Include:


? Shopping, cooking, and medication administration Personal care and everyday support Using

social stories

and

communication aids

to promote understanding and independence Supporting hobbies and community engagement Remaining calm and confident during challenging moments
