We are looking for a support worker who likes to support people to live an active lifestyle. Support workers are required to support two siblings within their own home to live as independently as possible. Please note this Brand new service is opening in the next month or so.
You will be required to work flexibly to support everyone's needs. The ideal candidate must have the passion and rive to be involved in ensuring that the client reach full potential in reaching desired goals and aspirations.
Must hold UK driving licence as both individuals like to access the community regularly No at fault accidents within 3 years

Previous experience within supported living is desired however you will receive training tailored to the needs of the people you support, with guidance from experienced colleagues that will help you develop the skills you need. We provide additional training to help you achieve your ambitions with genuine opportunities for career progressions with a growing care provider.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management. Assist individuals with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety at all times. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate professionals. Implement care plans tailored to each client's specific needs, including those requiring hospice care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive support for clients. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring their safe transportation
