Pendarves Flats is a supported living services that specialises in individuals with complex needs . Pendarves Flats houses up to 6 individuals in their own self contained flats.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Support Worker
to join the team!What You'll be Doing
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility. Support residents with complex needs, including physical disabilities and mental health challenges. Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health or behavior. Foster a safe and supportive living environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families. Maintain accurate records and follow individualized care plans.
What You'll Need
Minimum of 1+ years' experience as a support worker Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and empathetic approach to care. Minimum of Care Certificate or NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
