Our promise has always been clear: we will do everything in our power to improve pay for colleagues. And so, if you start with us between now and 31 March 2025 your pay will be 11.94per hour then from the 1

April 2025, this will increase to 12.62 per hour.






Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:




This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 6 people. This service will be supporting people with learning disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence. They need 24 hour support with personal care, medications, finances and accessing the community. This service is over 3 floors and with a shared lounge, kitchen, dining room and bathrooms for the people we support. They all enjoy doing different activities such as being out and about in the community, such as: swimming, going shopping, going for coffee, and walking. The people supported here would describe themselves as a fun, happy and a friendly bunch! They enjoy having staff with them who are outgoing, kind, caring, friendly and have the ability to think outside of the box.

We currently have full or part time positions available. Shift patterns vary, but include 730am-3pm, 230pm-10pm, 8am-8pm, 8pm-730am and 930pm-745am (waking night) or 10pm-730am (sleep in). A driving license is preferred but not essential.
