We're looking for compassionate and flexible Bank Care Assistants to join the team at Springfield Care Home. This is an opportunity to provide high-quality support on a flexible basis, helping adults live fulfilling lives in a safe and supportive environment.

About Springfield

Springfield is a small, welcoming 6-bedroom residential home supporting adults (18-65) with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and younger adults. We're proud to provide a "home for life" environment where every individual is respected, valued, and encouraged to live as independently as possible.

Your Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll:

Support residents with personal care and daily living Assist with meals, medication, and activities Encourage independence and social inclusion Provide companionship and reassurance Work flexibly across day, night, and 9-5 shifts as needed

What We're Looking For

? Caring, reliable, and flexible
? Driver (essential due to location and service needs)
? QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable) - or willingness to work towards
? Previous care experience helpful but not essential (training provided)
? Able to adapt to different shifts and resident needs
