You'll also support another inspiring young lady in the local area, adding variety to your role.
About the Role
You'll work daytime shifts
(09:00-16:30)
to support this particular young lady in their home and community, helping them thrive by:
Assisting with outings to meet friends and access community facilities
Supporting interests in crafts, games, and entertainment
Ensuring safety during outings using a mobility vehicle
Providing person-centered care with dignity and respect
This role is ideal for someone who loves fostering independence and bringing joy while working across two services in a supportive team.
Who We're Looking For
We seek candidates who:
Are compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about empowering others
Are available for daytime shifts (09:00-16:30)
Must be a driver with a full UK driver's license
Are willing to work in another service supporting a second young lady in the local area
Have experience in care (preferred but not essential, as full training is provided)
