About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated support workers to assist children with behavioural difficulties living in a residential home. This role involves guiding and assisting children with daily activities, including:
School Support:
Helping children prepare for school and supporting with homework or after-school activities.
Daily Home Routines:
Assisting with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and other household tasks to create a positive living environment.
Supporting on days out
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months of experience in a similar setting.
Compassion, patience, and the ability to create a supportive atmosphere.
Ability to work as part of a team and engage with children in a respectful, therapeutic manner.
