As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to an individual with complex needs who is in her own home with her family members Your duties will include supporting them with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, household management and general day-to-day tasks and social time .Previous experience in this sector is Essential and a full driving licence
