Support Worker duties include:

Supporting people to meet their personal care and eating and drinking needs. Supporting people to arrange health appointments, attend health appointments and to administer medication. Supporting people with everyday tasks such as cleaning, shopping, food preparation, cooking and budgeting. Supporting people to meet up with friends and family and maintain relationships. Supporting people to pursue leisure activities in their local area.

Job role requirements

No previous experience is necessary as full training and induction will be given. A car that you can use for work. To be able to work a range of hours/shifts that will include daytimes, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts. Hours of work are provided via a rota at least two weeks in advance. Candidates must be willing to work in Rugby and surrounding areas.
