Permanent Support Worker - Crieff
12.60 per hour | Enhanced Rates | Full-Time | 250 Refer-a-Friend Bonus

We're recruiting permanent Support Workers to join a values-led, person-centred service in Crieff, supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical support needs.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting individuals with daily routines, meal prep, medication, and community activities
Delivering personal care in a way that's respectful and unrushed
Encouraging independence through positive reinforcement and consistent routines
Being a calm and reliable presence during challenging moments
Accurately recording notes and contributing to care planning
About the Service:
Homely, shared accommodation - not a care home
Warm and welcoming team with strong values and great teamwork
24/7 care, so you'll work rotational shifts including days, backs, nights, and sleepovers
What You Need:
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
A kind, reliable nature and a calm approach to challenging situations
Willingness to complete full training and register with the SSSC (we'll guide you)
A driving licence is helpful, but not required
Confidence with personal care and team communication

Permanent contract with stable hours
12.60 per hour
Enhanced pay rates up to 16.80 for nights and weekends (after 12 weeks)
