We're currently looking for

Support Workers

to join our friendly team in

Niddrie, Edinburgh

. You'll be working with an award-winning charity that's all about empowering people to live their best lives.


About the Role



You'll be supporting individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and mental or physical health challenges to live independently in their own homes. Life hasn't always been easy for them, but they're full of joy and love trying new things!



They enjoy:


Watching movies Arts and crafts Karaoke Baking ? Shopping Gardening Going for walks ?? Holidays and adventures

They're always up for something new, so we're looking for Support Workers who are creative, caring, and ready to go the extra mile.


What You'll Be Doing

You'll help with everyday tasks like:


Giving medication Cooking meals Personal care Keeping their homes tidy Managing finances

You'll also be a companion, a cheerleader, and a source of encouragement every day.


Shift Info

We are recruiting for 37.5 hours per week and provide support 24/7, so we're looking for people who can work a mix of shifts, including:


Day shifts Sleepovers Some weekends (usually 2 per month for full-time roles)

Please note: we don't currently have any waking night shifts available.
