Support Workers

in

Exeter

to work on both

1:1 and 2:1 care packages

, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their own homes and out in the community.

About the Roles:

We provide structured, person-centred support to help individuals live safe, meaningful, and independent lives. You'll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality care, promoting independence, and encouraging community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support depending on the care package Support daily routines, personal care, and emotional wellbeing Encourage healthy habits and independence Assist with meaningful activities at home and in the community Build trusting, respectful relationships Respond to individual needs with patience, flexibility, and consistency Communicate effectively and professionally at all times

What We're Looking For:

Experience in health and social care is desirable Knowledge of supporting people with learning disabilities or behavioural needs is an advantage A caring, calm, and proactive approach Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed Confidence to support individuals in a variety of settings Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support
