We are currently seeking

Support Workers

who live in the Falkirk area and have a

full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

, as the role involves travelling between the homes of the people we support.

Due to the nature of the role, we require female candidates under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to people in their own homes. You'll support individuals with a variety of daily living tasks, including but not limited to:

Personal care and hygiene Meal preparation and serving Medication prompts and administration Catheter care
Every day is different, and you'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships while making a real impact in your community.

Shift pattern is a 2-Week Rolling Rota

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Includes alternate weekends off Full-Time or Part-Time options available

Bank/Relief Work:

Flexible shifts available. Submit your availability monthly for ad-hoc hours.

Areas We Cover

You must live in or be able to travel and within the following areas:

Falkirk Braes Denny Grangemouth Bo'ness

Driving is essential

for this role due to the travel involved between service users' homes. Mileage is reimbursed at 30p per mile.

This role is considered

Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults

Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007
