Responsibilities

Assist individuals with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients in daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores. Foster a positive and encouraging environment that promotes independence and self-esteem. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Uphold the dignity and respect of all clients while adhering to confidentiality policies.

Experience

Must have Previously worked with Potens Client Previous experience in a support or care role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations while maintaining professionalism.
