Job Description
Working within a team to deliver an efficient and effective high quality support service to vulnerable women, men and their children with complex needs ( Domestic Abuse, Substance use, mental health issues, etc.) ensuring outcomes are met in line with the local authority contract requirements.
Experience in a similar role is desirable.
Candidates should hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
This role is subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
