Support Worker

12.31 per hour

37.5 Hours per Week - full flexibility required, role requires working some weekends on a rota basis. Shifts vary from 7.30am-10pm.

Essential- Experience supporting adults or children with a diagnosis of Autism

This role is not open to Sponsorship

Residential Support service with en-suite bedrooms providing support for up to 5 individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities. This personal space is complemented by a variety of communal spaces including two social and living areas, and a large kitchen and dining area. This balance of private and shared space encourages independence while offering the opportunity to get involved in shared activities and build a community spirit.

Support Worker duties:

Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities. Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents This includes employment, education and other opportunities Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
