We are currently seeking experienced support workers with a passion for delivering person-centred care to join our outstanding organisation, supporting individuals with varying complex needs in the Ivybridge area and surrounding regions.

About the Role:

We offer flexible shifts that range from 4 to 12 hours, making it easy to fit around family commitments. Our shift schedule includes:

Wednesday

: 09:00 - 13:00

Wednesday

: 07:45 - 20:00

Thursday

: 09:00 - 13:00

Saturday

: 14:00 - 18:00

Sunday

: 11:00 - 15:00

Every other Saturday

: 07:45 - 20:00
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care routines Supporting with medication administration Helping with all aspects of daily living Enabling access to the community
About You:

We are looking for active, enthusiastic, and positive individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

Previous experience

in health and social care is essential (role-specific training will be provided). You should be confident, outgoing, and innovative in your approach to supporting people. A

full, clean driving licence

is required.
