Job Description

We are looking for Support Workers to join our service in Cross Hands. As a Support Worker working within this exceptional service you will play a vital role in the lives of the people we support and their families.

Support Worker - Residential Care



Join our passionate team and help transform lives by providing emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Support with daily tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication, and shopping. Facilitate meaningful activities that promote dignity, independence, and well-being. Work independently and take responsibility for the safety and health of those you support. Follow regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales. Work flexibly on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Requirements:



A genuine commitment to providing excellent care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be aged 18 or over.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 - 45 per week
